🍫 Cookies and Cream Overnight Gluten-Free Weetbix

A high-protein, gluten-free breakfast that tastes like dessert.

If you're on the hunt for a quick, easy, and satisfying breakfast that feels like a treat but fuels you like a champ—this is it. Packed with protein, fiber, and that indulgent cookies-and-cream flavor, this overnight gluten-free weetbix bowl is a game-changer for busy mornings.

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 gluten-free Weetbix biscuits

  • 1-2 scoops Nuzest protein powder (any flavor you like, but vanilla or chocolate work best!or use mocha flavour for Tiramisu! yum!)

  • Water (just enough to soak and cover the weetbix)

  • ½ tub Chobani Fit Cookies & Cream yogurt - Guess what it is lactose free!!!

  • 25g Mother Hubbard's Keto Cereal

  • 2 Free From cookies (for that perfect crunch)

  • Natvia Sugar-Free Chocolate Sauce

👩🍳 Method:

  1. In a small bowl or container, crush the 2 gluten-free weetbix and add 2 scoops of protein powder.

  2. Slowly pour in water—just enough to cover the weetbix and protein powder. Mix gently until combined.

  3. Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours) to soak.

  4. In the morning, layer on your toppings:

    • Spread ½ tub of Chobani Fit Cookies & Cream yogurt over the soaked weetbix.

    • Sprinkle on 25g of Mother Hubbard's Keto Cereal.

    • Crumble 2 Free From cookies on top for extra texture and sweetness.

    • Swirl nativa chocolate sauce over top.
