What will a consultation involve

Pre Consultation Form

A pre-consultation form is required to be filled before we have our initial consultation. This will be delivered to you prior to your consultation so that I can review the data needed before our consultation.

Goal setting

We will work together to find out what your why is, what drives and motivates you and what your passions are. Whatever your goals are, I am able to work with you on a personal level to help you achieve them.

Lifestyle recommendations

We will assess your pre-consultation form and look at your lifestyle and goals and make any recommendations to help you achieve them. We look at your life from a holistic approach. Optimal health and wellness is not only about your physical well-being and implementing healthy nutrition habits and physical exercise. This only forms a small part of optimal wellness.

I like to look at your life using the Maori Health Model, Te Whare Tapa Wha. I truly believe that Te Whare Tapa O Wha can be applied to each and every one of us regardless of your ethic origins. Nutrition Guidance

I will help and guide you with a personalized health care plan to achieve optimal health & wellness. We will do this by giving you a personalized nutrition plan to help you balance blood sugar levels, gain more energy and help reduce any stress or anxiety you may have about food. Nutrition is a complete individual approach, there is never a one-size fits all approach or solution. We will work together to find out what will best suit your lifestyle and goals.

Resources & Recipe Books

A personalized meal plan with some healthy recipes to suit your needs can be provided. Personalized recipe books and resources are included in the comprehensive nutrition package option. All resources will be delivered to you electronically in 3-5 working days.
